Welcome to Eveline Menke Art! By visiting our website and using our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms of service apply to all purchases made through our webshop and are applicable worldwide.

1. General

  • Company information: Eveline Menke Art is based in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 64632520.
  • Applicability: These terms apply to all quotes, agreements, and deliveries by Eveline Menke Art, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Please check the terms regularly before placing an order.

2. Products and Availability

  • Product information: We strive to display all product descriptions, prices, and images as accurately as possible. Errors may occasionally occur. In that case, we reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
  • Availability: We do our best to keep the availability of our products up to date. Should a product be unavailable after an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution, such as a replacement product or refund.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are in euros (€). Eveline Menke Art falls under the Dutch Small Business Scheme (KOR) and therefore does not charge VAT. For customers outside the EU, additional import duties and taxes may apply, for which the customer is responsible.
  • Payment: Payments can be made via the payment methods offered on our website. The order will only be shipped after payment has been completed.
  • Exchange rate: For international customers, the price is converted based on current exchange rates. This may cause slight variations in the final amount paid.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the country of destination.
  • Delivery time: We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time depends on the shipping method and country of destination. Delays beyond our control (such as customs procedures) may occasionally occur.
  • International shipping: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs costs, and local taxes that may apply upon delivery.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Original paintings are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Fine art prints are subject to the standard 14-day return period. Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for more information.

6. Liability

  • Limited liability: Eveline Menke Art is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or revenue, unless such damage was caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
  • Product warranty: Our products are covered by a statutory warranty guaranteeing that a product meets the customer's reasonable expectations. Damage due to misuse is not covered by the warranty.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and graphic elements, is the property of Eveline Menke Art or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Privacy

9. Applicable Law
