What is the difference between an 'Original work' and an 'Art print'?

An 'Original work' is a unique artwork painted by me, while an 'Art print' is a reproduction of the original artwork, printed on canvas, paper or wood.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within five business days. Delivery time depends on the location, with a delivery time of 5-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 20 business days for international orders.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order via the shipping service (e.g., PostNL, UPS, DHL).

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

In most cases, I process orders quite quickly. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@evelinemenkeart.com.

Are the product colors on the website the same as in real life?

While I try to display the colors as accurately as possible, due to screen settings or lighting, there may be a slight color difference between the product you see on screen and the product you receive at home.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

In that case, please contact me within 7 days at info@evelinemenkeart.com and send photos of the damage. I will then try to send a replacement product or offer another solution.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Original works are only shipped within Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and can be viewed at checkout. 

 

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my product?

If you are not satisfied with your order, I can offer you a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective.

What materials are used for the products you sell?

I work with high-quality water-miscible oil paint and acrylic paint on premium linen or cotton canvas. The canvases are stretched on an FSC-certified wooden frame. Art prints are printed on museum-quality paper. 

 

How can I use a discount code?

During the checkout process, you can enter your discount code in the “Discount code” field to apply the discount.

 

How can I contact you if I have a problem with my order?

You can reach me by email at info@evelinemenkeart.com or via the contact form under the 'Contact' section on the website. In most cases, I will reply within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. 

Do you also offer 'Commissioned work'?

Yes, I also create commissioned paintings. If you contact me, I can tell you more about custom artworks.

What are the different sizes of artworks available?

I offer a wide range of sizes, from approximately 18x24 cm to larger sizes such as 100x120 cm. Specific sizes can be made on request.

Can I have the artwork framed or customized in other ways?

Yes, I certainly offer framing options for my original works and can customize artworks to your wishes for an additional charge. Contact me for more information if you want to know more about this.
