At Eveline Menke Art, we make sure your order arrives quickly and safely, wherever you are in the world!

Delivery time

Original paintings are delivered within 3-5 business days in the Netherlands and within 8-15 business days in the rest of Europe under normal circumstances. For destinations outside Europe, a delivery time of 10-18 business days applies.

Fine art prints are delivered within 3-8 business days in the Netherlands and Europe. For North America and Australia & New Zealand, a delivery time of 7-12 business days applies. For all other destinations worldwide, a delivery time of 10-18 business days applies.

Please note: the above delivery times are estimates including production time. Delays due to external factors may occasionally occur.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: free
  • Europe (excl. Netherlands): €9.95 for fine art prints / €35.00 for original paintings
  • North America (US, Canada, Mexico): €15.00 for fine art prints / €50.00 for original paintings
  • Australia & New Zealand: €15.00 for fine art prints / €60.00 for original paintings
  • Rest of the world: €19.95 for fine art prints / €65.00 for original paintings

Damaged or missing orders

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@evelinemenkeart.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange an appropriate solution.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery conditions

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrectly entered address. If you are not at home during delivery, the carrier will leave a message with instructions for collection or a second delivery attempt.
